Actually your life could be even better than before! Start living in the present and planning for a great future that you create. I strongly recommend working with a life coach. After my heart attack, on May 21, 2005, I worked with a life coach and found out that my life was so much more than a heart attack. I freed myself from the worries about tommorow, focused on how to live the life that I wanted and all of the great parts of my life that were working great. I learned to celebrate my heart attack and view it as a wake up call.

Stress is a natural part of life and I don't know anyone that lives a stress free life. But much of our stress is self created and is manageable. Meditate. There are many meditation cd's and dvd's available and are great tools for meditation at home.
Community education classes in meditation are available in most communities. There are even books available that teach meditation. Excercise. A short walk or a long walk can refocus your energy and take you away from a stressful situation.
Laugh.
Go see a funny movie or read a humorous book. Share a joke or two with friends. Just start laughing - it's contagious and soon you will be surrounded by laughter.
