| My name is Ann Osterhus. In May of 2005, I had my first and my last heart attack. I was afraid my life had changed forever. And it has changed, dramatically and for the better. |

| What did I do? |
| • Hired a life coach and worked with her to discover what I wanted in life for myself and for everyone else in my life. |
| • Attended a 3 day workshop to refocus my life's direction. |
| • Designed my life picture and developed big goals for myself. |
| • Listened to my doctors, read several heart healthy books and visited many on-line websites designed to help women just like me. |
